How do I grow as a Christian? Do I even need to go to church at all? Isn’t it enough if I watch the internet pastor on Sundays? Hebrews 3:13 says, “Encourage one another day after day, as long as it is still called ‘Today,’ so that none of you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.” In other words, the Christian life is not meant to be lived alone. Not only is there great spiritual benefit from running the race with others, but the clear teaching of the Bible is that Christ builds up His people through His people (Eph. 4:11-16). Ultimately, Christian growth requires commitment, involvement, and relationships.
By God’s grace, Berean Bible Church seeks to be a church where Christians, not numbers, grow. For this reason we have ministries that meet at different times on the Lord’s Day and throughout the week that are designed to be encourage, equip, and edify.
